Smartphones and other mobile devices accompany us throughout our everyday lives. A wide range of adapters is needed to ensure that they can always be safely reloaded. The new charging and data cable allroundo, designed by EMAMIDESIGN, is the compact all-in-one solution that combines all common connections. The expert jury of the German Brand Award 2018 honored allroundo with a gold award in the category "Industry Excellence in Branding". The innovative adapter is the perfect companion for everyday use. With its practical and elegant design, it is ideally suited for the digital lifestyle of our time.
We are delighted about the award, as is our customer, Vonmählen GmbH, for whom we developed the award-winning product design of allroundo. Our aim was to make the design of the adapter as strikingly simple as the technical concept. Therefore, we designed a clear and compact travel case in which the six variable USB ports can be safely stored. With a diameter of only 6.5 centimeters (2.5”), we designed the case to be extremely space-saving, so that it easily fits in any pant pocket and can be taken along whenever desirable. We made allroundo particularly light with a weight of only 46 grams (0.1 lbs.). Thanks to the flexible cable length of up to 50 centimeters (about 20”), devices can be reloaded quickly and without awkward handling.
